Achievements

We developed a strategy for the National Blood Transfusion Service of the Slovak Republic and created a behavioral tool to improve donations.

Renovated and constructed 60 polyclinics valued at €50 million and secured an additional €70 million for future development.

As one of the first countries (BEET, Slovakia) in the world, we participated in the International Sludge Academy. Sludge is a method that helps identify obstacles in public and private processes, allowing us to improve services for citizens and customers.
